Hello
I’m Dr Gary Crotaz, executive coach, host of The Unlock Moment podcast, keynote speaker and award-winning author of The IDEA Mindset, which was awarded Coaching Book of the Year by Henley Business School in 2022. Thinkers 360 ranked me #2 Global Thought Leader on Coaching for 2023.
My podcast The Unlock Moment is a leadership podcast about finding your purpose to shape a life you love and discover success. To date it has been downloaded in over 90 countries around the world. Guests range from some of the world’s leading coaches, authors and thought-leaders to a Nobel Prize-winner, a NASA astronaut, an Olympic gold-medallist and a range of entrepreneurs and artists. My highest-profile guests have over 1 million social media following.
I’m also a co-host of The Coacharium podcast together with US coaches Dana Williams and Wendy Willard. It’s the pocket-sized podcast for leaders who coach, with leadership tips served up in less than 15 minutes.
I’m a sought-after executive coach and speaker, and have worked with clients in over 25 countries, including senior leaders in the US, UK and Europe at businesses such as Amazon, Bayer and ASOS. I also work with UHNW families on family dynamics, entrepreneurship, business and charity leadership.
