Gary is something of an expert in career change. His varied career has encompassed medicine and science, strategy consulting and senior corporate leadership. He’s trained as a doctor, has been a world-class professional ballroom dancer, has worked as a university tutor and even had a short stint as a hospital radio DJ. A regular winner of ‘most eclectic CV’ contests, these days he’s an executive coach and Gallup-certified Strengths Coach. He has coached clients in more than 15 countries, specialising in activating their talents and strengths to achieve ambitious personal and professional goals.
Gary lives in the UK with his wife, Mildred, and fluffy dog Mochi.

I design and facilitate bespoke team coaching workshops based around understanding and activating your strengths, and developing high-performing teams. I deliver workshops remotely or in person and can support with individual preparation of key stakeholders in advance.
